Our venue finding service is free of charge and we pride ourselves on matching your requirements to the perfect venue. That’s the right venue, in the right location at the right price. If we don’t match these things successfully then you won’t book and we don’t earn a penny, so you see, that’s why excellent customer service, venue knowledge and negotiation skills are top of our agenda and we work really hard to look after our clients and their events.
All we ask is that you use our service fairly, and if we propose a venue that you like, you book it through us, simple!
We save you tons of time!
If you’ve ever tried to source a venue directly then you’ll know just how time consuming it can be. You may not get through to the venues first time, each venue might quote in a different way (making it very hard to make comparisons!), some quote including VAT, some excluding and not to mention the fact that once they have your contact details they will phone you constantly to see of you’re booking with them.
We remove all of these hassles. We’ll contact all the venues on your behalf, put the quotes together side by side and all in the same format. The added benefit is that we’ll act as the go-between so you’ll only be contacted by your consultant here rather than from 10 venues.
We’ll chase up information, negotiate on rates, advise on terms and conditions and arrange your site inspections (and attend them where we can) – it’s all included in our service.
As I mentioned above, we book venues day in, day out! Venues are our business – if we’re not spending all day researching and talking to venues, we’re visiting them or meeting with reps and watching presentations at the office. Hotels, conference centres, sporting venues, museums – you name it we know about.
Our consultants are experienced venue finders and hotel reservation agents. We’ve worked on both sides of the process, in hotels, venue finding agencies and other suppliers and this makes us the ideal team to ensure your bookings run smoothly and your events are successful.
We’re friendly, professional and impartial
We are not a call centre, we don’t work on making as many phone calls as possible in a day. We are about listening to our customers and getting to know what you need from our service. You’ll be assigned a dedicated consultant or account manager with a direct email address and phone number.
We are members of the Hotel Booking Agents Association (HBAA) and we adhere to their industry code of conduct and guidelines. Many venues we use are also members and follow their best practice recommendations.
We are impartial. We’ll propose the venues that best fit your brief and that’s it. We will of course make recommendations about venues that we’ve worked with where we’ve had good feedback, and we do like to throw in wild card ideas and suggestions that you may not have considered before but we will never sway you towards a venue because it suits us.
