2022 began with the events industry emerging from another turbulent Christmas period and still plenty of uncertainty, but it ended with us all being flat out and busier than ever, it certainly was a whirlwind!
In one of our images, you’ll see an empty office (with just 2 of us back in at the start of the year!), and we’re now delighted to say it’s full. We had some great site visits in the Spring to the Principality Stadium with Lime Venue Portfolio, as well as the Doubletree by Hilton Bristol South Cadbury House and Hampton by Hilton Bath City.
In Q2, Emma was hosted by the stunning Landmark Hotel with a London bus tour. In the summer, we went to De Vere Cotswold Water Park for our first team event in 3 years, we had a great time, and it’s a fabulous venue!
Leonardo Hotels visited the office in a big red bus to launch their re-brand, and we also were lucky enough to be able to visit the Solent Hotel and The Manor House at Castle Coombe. We attended the amazing DBF ‘All About People’ event at Lake Como, where we were hosted by the Hilton and met so many incredible suppliers and industry colleagues.
Lime Venue Portfolio hosted us in London in October with visits to HMS Belfast, Somerset House and the Churchill War Rooms. Some of the team also had a fabulous evening with Dirty Martini in Bristol making cocktails.
We ended the year with IBTM in Barcelona, which Jon and Olly attended, as well as experiencing a wonderful pre-event FAM in Vienna. Other pictures below are Christmas jumper day in the office, and our team Christmas party night at Doubletree by Hilton Bristol City Centre who did a great job of hosting us.
